Papa Johns Pizza

"Unfortunately the reviews are true and we found out by example. Initially we placed an order for pick up, there was an employee who was handling food without gloves on, we get home and find 2 fingernails in the pizza. We called and the following day was able to get a full refund. This would have easily been the end of it because I pulled down my original review and left it at that. A disgruntled employee got our card information from the order and proceeded to use our card to charge orders under it. We are in the process of trying to get things settled but Poppa Johns customer service is unhelpful, they do not take or handle customers services in the United States, all calls are sent out and screened in another country. At the end they told me to file a police report locally and cancel our cards."

"Me an my fiancé just moved into a new home and we’re looking for a good quick meal after a long day of moving. And this papa johns did not disappoint!! It was literally the BEST papa Johns we’ve ever had. First of all it came crazy fast, the online time said 35-45 mins which was fine and it got here in like 20 mins if that. I was shocked. Then the food was hot and sooo good. And the cinnamon pull apart was baked so well. I’ve had it from other locations and it always seemed to be burned or hard. This one was so perfect, soft and gooey !! They even remembered the extra sauces I requested. The delivery guy was friendly and professional. I made sure to give him a nice tip !! Thank you papa Johns and the staff at this location for making our dinner experience tonight one to remember. We will definitely be ordering again. Sorry we would have provided pics but we ate everything so fast !!"

"We ordered carry out large Tuscan cheese pizza. When I showed up one of the employees was dressed in pajama shorts. The kitchen was messy, it just looked chaotic. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because maybe they were busy since it took them 5 min to ask if I was there to pick up an order even though I was the only customer there. At home when we opened the box what we got was cheese on bread instead of pizza, they literally put one tablespoon of pizza sauce for the entire large pizza and I'm pretty sure the employee slicing the pizza was not looking at what they were doing since the slices were more abstract shapes than triangles. The pizza was not undercooked so I appreciated that. Overall not a good experience."

"Excellent order delivered on time. Food beyond perfect the pizza taco (pepperoni and meatball) was reheated on my dash in the sun for lunch! excellent choice and tasted oven fresh! The dessert thing id pass on was dry not to good but had a good flavor Thank you"
