"Idk how this location has as many stars as it does. The wait times are long when you're the only person in line. Simple orders are complex equations to be solved. Somehow, as a billion dollar company, they routinely can not accept credit cards. My last few trips here have been nightmares compared to the status quo. Avoid if you can"

"I went online and placed an order. I ordered one Sunday two sodas and two ice cream cones. When I pulled up to the speaker box the lady said that their card machine wasn't working I said I had an online order. They told me that they had no ice cream and that their point system is down. I asked her why would they have it available inside the app if it's not available. She proceeded to tell me that she doesn't make those changes and there was nothing I could do to get my money back. She offered me one smoothie at first. I explained that one smoothie is not equivalent to $10.87. she then offered me three smoothies and told me that that was more than what I paid. I asked her if I was able to come in the morning to get my refund because I was not satisfied with the service. The manager Asia did not go above and beyond to hear my concerns. I'm a single mother and I work hard for my money and I feel like I was just robbed because of laziness. All they had to do was place in the app what they didn't have and this issue wouldn't happen. There are ways to report that your systems are down and I feel like this McDonald's is one of the worst!"

"The line was faster than I thought it would take although first I asked for an apple pie and they did not have any pies and then out of all ice cream also."

"I wish I could leave 0 stars overall. I keep saying to myself stop patronizing at these fast food places. Well after today, I am officially done. I was not having the best mornings but I wanted to refuel my energy by eating something for breakfast. There are not too many place near me or in route to work open for me to grab anything, so I ordered via Uber Eats. Once my phone arrived, my order was completely wrong. There was no cream or sugar in the small coffee that came with the meal, no straw in the bag for the iced coffee (which was the only good thing out of my entire order), the hashbrown was cold and the worst of all I was served a steak egg and cheese bagel sandwich covered in what appears to be off a burnt griddle. Unfortunately I could not leave work to drive this back to the establishment, but had to wait after work to not receive a sincere apology nor offered my money back. The only incentive was a male manager, I assumed remade the sandwich, after 2:30 pm. What am I going to do with a breakfast sandwich this late in the evening? The lack of empathy is what bothers me. Yes I am aware this is a fast food place, but I wonder would the staff ate that snafwich or served this to their loved ones, or better yet would they serve it to the regional manager?"
