"The food is NOT the same here at this location. I ordered the boneless wings and they are regular frozen chicken from the freezer and not fresh with the typical crunchy batter. Our wings came with the typical batter, but the taste of the spicy sauce is different. My tteokbaki has noodles in it, and it was dry, no sauce, cheese melted to it. They asked for my ID when I picked it up and you still can’t sit inside their restaurant; it’s still closed off from the pandemic. I will take my business to another location. I’m tired of people buying up other businesses, changing the original recipes without changing the photos of what it looks like, and charging the same price."

"Food was excellent even though my friend said that chicken was cooked too hard. I personally prefer my wings a little hard. I enjoyed the food. It was nice and quiet for a Sunday. Hopefully they'll open up restaurants in Ohio so I eat some more of those wings!"
"The food has always been good at Bonchon, but the chicken has gotten way too small. I got 16 wings delivered, but they are the tiniest I’ve ever seen. Also, I was not given much radish. Not sure if I’ll be buying again from Bonchon."
