Lima's Chicken - Hanover

"We ordered catering from this place for a party. We placed the order two weeks in advance. On the day of our event, we called to confirm our order would be ready at the time we agreed to pick it up (4 pm). When we reached the restaurant, they said they did not have our catering order for 100+ people ready and would have it prepared in an hour and a half. When we arrived at the restaurant, our order still needed to be prepared, and we had to wait an additional hour for the catering order to be complete. When we asked one of the employees why the catering order had yet to be completed when we agreed, they stated they had no idea there was a catering order. Super unprofessional. No one has reached out to us to apologize for the inconvenience. I do not recommend ordering catering from this establishment."

"The staff is very friendly! Food is ready and smells delicious the moment you walk through the front door! Tried a couple of different sides (mashed potatoes, rice, beans plantains, tortillas), a Delicia salad and of course the grilled chicken! The chicken and their special house salsas are full of flavor! Can't wait to be back in the area to stop by! Went during lunch and we were eating in a spacious sitting area within 10 minutes of being there! Definitely a local gem for the Hanover area and worth the drive from the mall and surrounding areas!"

"We stopped here for a quick after work date before we had to pick up our children. I got the Lomo Saltado. It was very good. My husband got the Chicken Burrito bowl. He said it was amazing! The food was hot and fresh. The staff was happy and joking around with each other. The atmosphere was nice. It wasn’t very busy at this time. We had a nice time."
