"I absolutely love this place !! I work in the mall this restaurant is attached to, and I go here every single day to enjoy not only amazing and fresh food, but also the NICEST staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet.. Mariah, Ashlee, Krystal and many many others are the absolute BEST!! Every time I am there, they make it feels like I’m hanging out with friends! Anytime I come in day or night the entire place is completely clean top to bottom, everyone there is always on top of cleaning! I would 1000% recommend this place !"

"I love going to this Crafty Crab in Hanover (Arundel Mills) The bartender, Ashlee is a great , very attentive and always upbeat. This is definitely one of my favorite places to go for happy hour and dinner. I highly recommend… If Ashley is working behind the bar you will be well taken care of service wise!"

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE At the time I went to this restaurant(12/23/23) the owner, Cece Zhang and two managers were present. My husband and I entered the restaurant and stood for 15 minutes before we were greeted at the door. We were then seated and shortly after we placed our order. Our server bought out our cocktails and unfortunately spilled a red cocktail all over my clothes to include my jeans and newly purchased UGG boots (tan)and iphone 14 Pro Max. The server was apologetic and cleaned our seating area where the cocktail had spilled. After about twenty minutes and me cleaning myself up as best as possible our food was bought out. My husband and I then inquired about some compensation because of the spill, since we had not been offered any compensation or apologies from any manager or owner. The server went to ask her manager and then she returned stating that the only compensation available was 10% to be taken off of the total bill which was approximately $6.00. My husband and I were unhappy with the offer and asked to speak to the manager. After waiting 30 minutes, the manager came out and stated that the owner Cece Zhang refused to offer anything more to us despite the damage to my personal items. We then requested to speak to the owner. She refused to speak with us. I then approached the owner at the front desk to ask for her name. I am seeking appropriate compensation for my damaged items. This restaurant owner had horrible customer service and no remorse or care for customer experience or expense. I have also attached pictures of the damage : wet jeans, stained UGG boots and my phone has water damage. DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE."

"The food was absolutely amazing! I had the seafood boil ! It was very fresh and seasoned very well! My son had the chicken fingers and fries, which he enjoyed! The services is great, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating ! This was our first time here, and we had such a wonderful experience . We cannot wait to return. Must see place when you come to Hanover !"
