"Ordered my food ahead and it was ready to go at pick up spot. Tons of food for the price I paid and food was still warm. the staff were friendly and helpful in getting my order and got me a water cup as well. Parking was ample since they share spaces near the Arundel mills mall"
"Was ignored entirely by 3 employees upon entry to the pick up area. Waited a few minutes. No words from the cashier. Not a single word. Nothing. Said thank you and nothing. Got to the car and noticed no chips or salsa. Went back and got it. Got home. Someone’s bowl but not mine at all. Nothing in there I can eat all. So I’m 15 minutes away with chips and salsa for $15. This was a replacement for a totally wrong order from another location 2 days prior. Which makes it worse. We stopped going to chipotle after either order inaccuracy, poor prep, or illness following a the meal for 2 years. Really wanted it to go well this time around. It’s worse, not better. Have some respect for people and their time. Customers aren’t unlimited, and don’t have unlimited patience for poor treatment and service. Skip it all together if you value your time and expect to be acknowledged as a customer."
"From the beginning of the line my food was mishandled and tossed everywhere. Then to check out and the cashier threw all of my sides into the paper bag. While eating my guacamole which I thought I was guacamole turned out to be half of a avocado."
"I found a piece of red plastic in my food!!! Avoid this location food is not fresh everything taste old please don’t waste your money here."
"While the people are nice, service was fast, I think finally I got a chipotle location which gets portions right for my burrito bowl. But when I ate it, it’s so salty, may be it’s just by accident or I simply got a bad batch, but it was really salty ! On top of that they forgot my side of tortilla too."
