"An employee completely disregarded a member of our party and skipped them to give the remaining steak to serve an employee at Cajun Grill, then informed us to wait 10 min for food to cook as we watched the Cajun Grill employee check out. After requesting a different scoop of another meat we had to choose because they wanted to please another employee, (we knew we had to pay extra for) a different employee came and told us they only give one scoop. So if you want customer service from employees who let people jump in front you in line, inconvenience you, and then tell you they can only give you a scoop of whatever they have left, then this is the place for you."
"In addition to giving me something different than what I ordered on the app, I saw an employee tasting ingredients in the food bar with her bare, ungloved hands. She then proceeded to hand me my order without sanitizing or washing her hands. When I called the store to ask for a refund, the voicemail inbox was full. Eek. I love Moe's but won't be coming back :(."
"Very good, I use to work for Moe’s years ago…service was great food good. I will say the prices did go up tremendously but food still great ."
"So today I randomly craved a stacker and looked forward to work being over and eating dinner, but ended up being horribly disappointed. 1. They were out of queso and wasn’t informed. Even the app had it in as in stock. For a stacker, the queso is a major ingredient in my opinion. 2. Out of bacon 3. Hard shells are stale 4. Wasn’t cooked fully 5. Sooo dry 6. I can see why this place was dead compared to other places in the food court. I ended up throwing it away and just making instant ramen. Was not worth the time and effort to walk into the food court and just get overly priced disappointment."
"This food vendor at the Arundel Mills mall is mediocre at best. Maybe I made a bad choice getting a bowl with chicken. A burrito may have been a better choice. I didn't take any pics of my food (your not missing anything trust me), but the mall was packed."
