"For walk ins, not gonna happen. When I was a kid, you walked into a haircut place and got a haircut. There are 30 different stylists here and no appointment desk. You have to walk around until you find an open door and verbally ask for a cut."

"When my stylist moved her practice to salon plaza, I had no idea it even existed! It's actually a condominium for hair stylist, with many single or double chairs spread throughout the building. I found it was convenient safe, and easy to get to. With lots of free parking and a good app to make appointment I think I'm going to enjoy being a regular client there!"

"I have been a faithful customer of my stylist at Salon Plaza Rockville, MD for about a decade now. Every time I visit my stylist, I have actual anxiety about visiting the restroom there. It is always dirty, to the point of being downright unsanitary! I used to be able to avoid using this bathroom by going beforehand and after I got home, but I am getting older now, and not using it is no longer an option for me. First of all, why is it necessary to require a key to use the bathroom? That puts an unnecessary hardship on customers who have an urgent need to go. Does the building have THAT many noncustomers trying to use the restroom?? Second, there are five stalls in the women's restroom. The last time I tried to use it, EVERY SINGLE STALL had one or both of these issues: URINE ON THE FLOOR, URINE ON THE TOILET SEAT, NEEDED TO BE FLUSHED, WAS OUT OF TOILET PAPER. As I said before, when I have an urgent need to go, the last thing I need is to have to CLEAN THE STALL before USING THE TOILET. That's just too much to ask of a paying customer. Does ANYONE clean/refresh these restrooms on a regular (not just daily) basis? It would be absolutely lovely if everyone cleaned up after spills and kept it tidy, but unfortunately for some of us, all women do not feel that need. I pay my stylist $100 every time I visit her. For THAT KIND OF MONEY, I expect a mere visit to the restroom at her place of business to NOT induce any kind of anxieties. Please MANAGE THIS SITUATION by hiring a contractor to refresh the bathrooms throughout the day!"
