"Extremely worst customer service. The way they treat and rush to take more clients is pathetic. Yesterday I was in the salon to get my eyebrows, upper lip, underarms and Brazilian. I specifically told the lady whose name is Raman(works only on sundays) not to give a curve shape to my eyebrows and she never even bothered to listen and did exactly what I told her not to do. Then on top of that she did my Brazilian. While doing it there were few more customers entered the salon. She started rushing the service for me. I noticed that and told that I have no where to go and I can wait till she completes rest of her client even though I came first. She said that’s alright and continues. During my Brazilian she took a scissor which was there to cut the waxing sheets to trim my pubic hairs off. She didn’t even ask for permission. Then while trimming she cut my skin off. I screamed and stopped her to check. She told it’s nothing and started to apply wax on top of it. It was extremely painful and then I noticed the skin was cut off and it was bleeding. I stopped her and told to clean off and let me go. I hope I don’t get any infections. I really regret going there. It burns still now. the urge of taking more clients for money is extremely bad and because of that I have to through so much pain."

"Puzan is AMAZING!! she did my lashes exactly how I described them and i can be difficult with what I ask for but she did her thing and made my lashes look amazing!! they lasted over 30 days!!! 10/10 Her energy is so welcoming and vibrant"

"I do not recommend this place at all. I’m surprised they have high reviews. Ironically I went here to get my eyebrows threaded before my wedding and had excellent service by a woman whose name I didn’t get. So then I returned another time and the lady that works there now not only is so bad at threading because instead of understanding that you use the thread to pull out hair, she literally is pressing down on your skin as if she were to rip the top layer of your skin off. If the hair doesn’t come out the first time or there one strand left then she continues to harshly rub down with the thread on the same part of the skin over and over again. This person kept threading the same areas leaving my skin so red that it did not go back to normal for 4 days. Additionally the first thing I said to her was I’d like to get only my sideburns waxed and thread upper lips. To which she responded “full face wax” and I said “No” very clearly. Somewhere between her waxing my sideburns and threading upper lips I requested if she had time then I’d like my eyebrows threaded too. She obliged and then continued to wax my whole face after I had asked not to and eventually when I stopped her she said well you didn’t say that and I looked at her colleague and said didn’t I say that right as I walked in and the colleague confirmed, so then the lady got mad and told me I owe her $41 — mind you a Full face wax is $40 but just for waxing my side burns and threading my eyebrows and upper lips she chose to charge me more. And when I questioned the logic of the pricing she said “well you should’ve gotten your whole face so it would be cheaper” and I responded saying no, my skin is sensitive to wax in certain areas and I don’t want unnecessary ingrown hair. But she literally made that pricing because she was upset and I told her I’ll pay her what she’s asking for but being mean just because I choose to wax my side burns instead of whole face is wrong. I’ve never experienced anything like that in my life and the threading was truly not good. I HIGHLY don’t recommend going here."

"Just walked in after reading the reviews and decide to try the place. This is my first time at art threading and spa. Very bad job. Dissatisfied with the service. My eye brow looked very bad. The lady offered to fix it but I lost my confidence in her and did not want to run the risk of touching my eyebrows agin and potentially making it worse. This will be the first and the last time for me."
