And then when you try to get it corrected, they catch attitudes while going through their phones while dealing with our food. Some of the poorest services in Laurel"
"Had a terrible experience today at the drive thru due to the associate not understanding English! She gave me a complete different order and when the manager came she was giving me a hard time saying the associate told her that’s what i ordered! Then assured me of taking her picture because I was on the phone! I wish I did tho so I can post it on this review. Bottom line hire ppl who can speak and understand English to be at your drive thru at least!!!!! Stop messing ppl day been coming here for 7 years and nothing changed! I visit other macdonalds and they are more friendly and their managers don’t act bossy like this one!"

"Quick fast efficient and easy. I usually get the coffee. The new renovations are nice ams welcoming. I'm not a fast food kinda person but they do have great customer service at this location."
