"I asked three different employees to help me find a color match. The first said she’d help me, then helped customers at the register for 20 minutes without letting me know when she’d be available. The second employee was a “vendor” and unable to help me. She led me to a third employee, who again said she’d help me. Another 10 minutes later, and 40 minutes after I arrived I walked out. I know it’s the holidays, but at least communicate with your customers, don’t just watch them walking around if you’re too busy!!!"

"Do not recommend for young teens, unprofessional staff, their stylist ruined my 14 years old daughter’s hair and was surprised with head skin marks after the service … when I asked the store manager she refused to confirm their stylists are licensed and trained to serve minors mentioning that customer age isn’t a factor for licensing and training stylists to serve customers, store manager is rude to parents and customers once service concludes .. staff and manager do not accept any alterations requests once they inform customer that service concluded despite evident defaults, on top of this they took advantage and over charged my daughter’s debit card unjustifiably and when asked for a detailed invoice they failed to provide it and refused to provide an explanation. BAD BUSINESS NOT RECOMMENDED"

"My daughter did her hair for her birthday & homecoming , the a terrible job , charged her $74 and when I called to schedule an appointment to fix her hair they said that all stylist are busy the next day and they did not even offer to another day ! This is spam ! Sabina was her hair stylist !"

"I went to try to see if I could get a new foundation for my mature skin and the first person I asked spent a lot of time with me going through several different brands…helping me pick the shade and type best for my skin. She was amazing- such personalized service. There’s such an incredible amount of beauty products here. They have a rewards card here that helps you get free gifts with points. They also give samples with your purchase. Great selection (although they were out of my concealer shade, they shipped it to my house for free in 2 days), it also arrived with samples. Great place. Great, very knowledgeable customer service."

"I rarely shop in store, online is more convenient for me. I needed to exchange a hairbrush, ordered wrong size. The exchange was very simple. While I was walking around, a young lady asked if I needed any help. She was very helpful and I really like her recommendation. I didn't know they have translucent loose powder which is great because I don't have to match my skin color that changes in the sun being in the sun so much hiking and exploring places with my pups. She also introduced some facial oil brands and products that I wasn't aware of. I'm really glad that I stopped by. All the Ulta stores I have shopped in always feel so nice, and feel and smell so clean."
