"The noodles in company in severna park needs more/ quicker employees ! They only have 3 orders to fill and it has taken almost 40 minutes to get the to-go food. I could’ve handmade noodles in that time"
"This place could do so much better. They never pay attention to the information on the order, special requests, modifications etc. I almost always have something missing or not done right. The extra sauce option you pay extra for they give you less than a spoonful? I had a side salad & was able to count one hand how many small pieces of lettuce was in it. I love noodles as a company but this is ridiculous quality with how much you pay."
"There was one staff member all by herself but that being said, she was absolutely killing it! She was out serving guests in the dining room, prepping noodles, and everything looked so clean and the food was amazing. juggling all of those things at once can be so stressful and draining but She wore a smile the whole time we were there and worked so diligently. We told her what an amazing job she was doing and asked her what happened to the rest of her staff to which she replied that one was sick and one had called out. I didn’t happen to get her name but she is so sweet. Please congratulate her and give her a raise! She is such a good representation of the brand!!"
"Good news first - the food is delicious. The Asian noodles have the right amount of spice and they are prepared PERFECTLY with proper texture and starch. Very well done. I added Impossible Chicken today which was new for me. Also excellently prepared. I'm also happy I ordered my food to go, since the place was not very clean in the front of the house. Tables, floors, trash cans, they could all use attention. The bathrooms were not good at all. There was one thing that cost big, that is personal cell phone and keys laying on a food prep surface- that phone probably goes with them to the restroom - and now it’s on the counter where you pack my food to go. Please don’t do that."
