"We had no idea that Copper Canyon Grill is a sister restaurant to Stanford Grill, what a nice surprise! Our server, Nick, was wonderful but unfortunately he went home sick during our dinner service and Kelly kindly replaced him. Hope he feels better, he was knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Kelly was lovely and was very engaging. She recommended the key lime pie and oh my goodness it was fantastic! We had two orders of rattlesnake pasta (one with steak, one with chicken), the impossible burger, grilled artichoke and Ceasar salad. Everything was exceptional! With all that plus the dessert it was $125 (tip not included in that amount). We already reserved our Valentine's Day dinner for Copper Canyon Grill and sincerely look forward to returning! If you enjoy the relaxed yet romantic atmosphere of the Stanford Grill you will thoroughly enjoy your time at Copper Canyon Grill."

"We recently had a delightful dining experience at this restaurant, celebrating two special birthdays. It was our first visit, and we were thoroughly impressed. Our server, Aron, was the epitome of hospitality - pleasant, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring our meal was memorable. The menu selection was impressive; I indulged in the Rattlesnake Pasta, which was a flavorful delight, while my partner savored the Rotisserie Chicken, accompanied by a generous double portion of perfectly sautéed spinach. A standout mention must be given to the Bread Pudding for dessert - a colossal and delectable treat that is a must-try and ideal for sharing. The ambiance of the restaurant added to the experience, offering a cozy and inviting environment. They also provide a private space, perfect for those looking to host a personal party or gathering. "This place is really nice. We had been to a different location last year and it enjoyed it so we decided to try this one out this past Friday. The atmosphere is nice, dark (but not too dark), candles and they had live music when we went. The food was cooked perfectly and our server Darius was great! Top notch service"

"I swear I already reviewed this place. But anyways, I like to find places I've never been, never heard of. I prefer mom and pop, but some chains can still be good. Waiter was a bit off putting, he carded me for one, which is surprising. Food was really good. Highly recommend this place. Some of the best calamari I've had anywhere. Salad was on point, as was the pasta."

"I wish I could give 10 stars! With that being said, from the service, to the food, to the atmosphere, everything was perfect. I came to this location for a birthday dinner. I am picky, so I'm happy everything went well. For my first time, I couldn't have had a better waitress than Keli. Full of energy, knowledgeable, very attentive, and kind. She answered all of our questions, and made my birthday memorable. This location has lots of parking, located by a casino. The inside has a nice ambiance, dimmed lighting, lots of seating, and a nice size bar. I would definitely recommend going to this location, because they exceeded my expectations."
