"I get a quesadilla with chicken & fajitas everyday. But when I came here they told me I couldn't do that. Then when I asked for a manager she told me to order it online. Even though I had been waiting in line for a good while. Why would I order online even I'm right in your face. I had been riding around for a while starving. Thanks for being difficult for no reason."
"Very good food, been going here for many years. In the past year, portion sizes have become inconsistent and small for the price and they also now charge extra for the torttia. The cashier is rude and always trying to short change you or not give you your change and when you ask for it they give you an attitude and blame the machine."
"Chipotle's food is great but the service is terrible. I arrived at this chipotle and asked for a plate but in the end I asked them to put some lettuce and they covered the plate when I asked them if they had put the lettuce on the plate mw they said no but if I wanted they would give it to me. I left the bowl and ate at almost all the Chipotles in Maryland but only this one has spoken to me about Sancarmos"
"First time to tried, it was ok, good for a quick meal during the day. I ordered via app. and it was ready on time even though this location is alway very busy. (I recommend, if you don't want to wait in line so long, it is better way to order online or mobile ahead around 20-30 minutes) Everything was correct : burrito, carne asada, chicken, cheese, black beans, brown rice, romaine, queso blanco, red and green chili sauce. Overall, as for the taste were good as standard as franchise restaurant. Anyway, I ordered adding more protein but the portion I got, it seem less than suppose to be. Good location in Aspen Hill Shopping Center and pretty free parking lots. New and nice size restaurant and also have a few outdoor seatings if you want to avoid crowded dining room."
"I paid 22 dollars for extra steak, guacamole, sour cream and cheese. This is what I received. A table spoon of guacamole, less than a tea spoon of sour cream and a little steak which a pinch of cheese. I’m livid. The lady at the counter was kind enough to remake my order but it still didn’t have any sour cream. The always give attitude to my friends when they go there. This is the worst chipotle without question. A total disappointment beyond belief."
