"Didn't want to believe this place wwas racist but it is. I found this Herbal Nail Care while looking for a new salon and I've been coming about a year now. The first time I noticed the racism towards me I thought eh maybe I'm imagining things. The second time again eh it can't be true, but this time it was soooo blatant it slapped me in the face. I came for a gel pedicure and dip powder nails, I usual spend over 110 not including over 20% tip. I came in and the receptionist went to ask the manager I think his name is Michael about me and she came back and said they are waiting for a technician to come in, pick out your color from the color pallette and we will call you. A white couple walk-in comes in after me says what they are getting and the receptionist asks them to pick out the color and the male sits in the pedicure chair. I'm fine, waiting to hear what's going to happen next. The receptionist walks to Michael again and this times Michael asks me to come back a little later. Michael knows who I am but he will not ever see me again. I've experienced many racisms with this area and the first time I should've known to leave this place alone but it won't happen again!"

"The only herbal offering was a pedicure, which was not what I was looking for. I thought it would be less toxic an environment than the typical nail place, you know... Also, I thought the person who answered the phone didn't seem to want any business anyway. Their loss."

"Thank you Danny for the perfect wedding nails! Danny is always professional and takes his time to make sure the nails last. I like thin natural dip nails and so many places make the super thick. The 2nd picture are those nails 2 weeks grown out and still look ok!!"

"To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I usually do my friends’ and my own gel nails. I had gone through a really hectic move and didn’t have it in me to do our nails so I said “I’ll make us an appt at Herbal”. So we went. She was getting a mani/pedi and I was on a time crunch so I said I really only wanted the pedicure and they pushed to get me a manicure by rushing. I had to tell the tech FOUR times that she was hurting me with the scrub and to please stop. I had requested the gel deluxe pedi and my friend the regular gel pedi. They ended up giving us both the deluxe pedi which honestly I’m not sure what was deluxe about it. So out the gate they upgraded her pedi without her consent and rushed my pedicure to be able to get my mani money as well even though I said over and over I wasn’t concerned about the manicure. Fast-forward 8 days later to yesterday. My pedicure polish started peeling off of all of my toes. I called to speak to the owner to ask for a refund for my pedicure and she would only offer 50% credit to be used in their salon or that I come in to have it redone, which I don’t want either. So I brought them my business and my friends business, they charged her extra for the deluxe that she did not ask for and also the manicure that I said I didn’t really want as I was most concerned about the pedicure. They rush the entire process, hurt me and skipped a step on my pedicure to ultimately be able to charge us more. GREEDY! So here we are, I’m just letting you guys know about their customer service practices."

"My mom and daughters have visited to get manicures and pedicures. All were happy with the services- speed, quality, price, and friendliness of the staff. My absolute favorite salon. The prices are great and they always do a good job. All the nail techs are friendly. I go here regularly!"
