"food is the same thing as every other mcdonalds but this one was slightly better. it was cleaner and the machines were working just as well as the other places. very convenient location however will not be coming back as often"
"I want to start by saying the staff, managers, great people. Keep up good work. I think the franchise owner may have set some expectations/cost cutting directions for them maybe for PNL reasons and are giving the following instructions. If not i apologies. So, Drive thru is definitely a priority over dine in. If you order Smoothies , and I tested this, they always come 1 inch or more below the lid, so one day I ordered a large, asked for a medium cup and poured the large in I amd it still had room for more smoothie. That's a bit much. Especially setting the price point at premium ($5+ for Lg) for a non-premium smoothie, at the very least fill it. Same with fries. They always seem to be half full. I had them back and it's always corrected but you have to bring it up, and this happens almost all the time. This is small but as a regular consumer of these products it gets monotonous sometimes. Keep up the good work."
"We were on our way to Bed Bath & Beyond at the Dulles Eastern Plaza got hungry and stopped at McDonalds. Very neat and clean inside with a long drive-thru. We ordered 2 fish sandwiches from scratch and both were delicious."

"I arrived at around 2:30-3:00 and the fries were hot; fish filet was warm but the bottom edge part of the buns was hard; and the cheeseburger was warm. I guess it is always best to order popular items versus the less popular ones. The lady at the food pick up window greeted me with a smile, which was completely unexpected and yet very pleasant surprise!, because many of the McDs I went to, the employees barely say anything. This lady was nice and polite. Thank you!!"
