"Worst experience. I ordered $7 biggie bag drive thru I only get fries, chicken nuggets and the drinks. I have to go back and drove 3 miles to get the burger. The employee didn't gave me the receipt so I have to explain myself to get the burger I ordered smh. Never going to order biggie bag it's more expensive now."

"There is a lack of management and inexperience in this restaurant because the new customer is trying to serve the orders placed on the internet at the same time, so what's the point of ordering from the internet before, because the people who ordered from the internet said they'd take my food as soon as they arrived. they place an order, they couldn't figure it out, I'm talking about the night…. —————————————- 10/16/2023 …0:50am WENDIY,S Hello everyone, I came to this restaurant in 13 minutes, that is, at 0:50, to take the customer's order. Normally, the restaurant closes at two according to the map, but they told me that we are closed, I said I will not order, I will take my orders from the mobile system, no, we are closed, we cannot give it, they tell me to cancel it. While the customer is waiting with great hope in this restaurant where he sent the driver, the lady working inside wants me to cancel the order and as a result the orders were not given, the night workers, the hospital, the post office, the nurse and the doctor place the orders with hope in such a restaurant, the drivers come here and cannot take their orders, so we are faced with such a business. I'm talking about a restaurant where we can't buy food with our money, and since we, as drivers, can't take the orders, we don't get paid, so it's free. This doesn't mean anything to the employees inside, they don't understand, they just tell me to cancel, cancel, cancel anyway, your closing time is 2:00. 00, I arrived at ten minutes to 1, you tell me that we are closed, do these restaurant employees with such ridiculous staff work for free? 'I have a hard time understanding this here. How many people do they kiss their hands and feet when entering work? Once they enter work, they become kings around here, there is no signage. The lights are on indicating that it is closed, people come and go, people come and go, they say it is closed to everyone, but on the map it closes at 2:00, everyone takes this into account, it is completely meaningless... Here they are leaving the customer hungry with the customer's money, a manager is needed to remind them that they get paid from the customer's money..."

"This used to be my Wendy’s. However, THIS Wendys needs to either change management or get permanently SHUT DOWN. The food is old and stale. It seems as if it was refried or from the night before. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and received a stale and rubbery texture type of patty. I had to stop eating it and throw away because of how bad and disgusting it tasted. I will stop coming to this Wendy’s moving forward and will steer anyone I can to stay FAR away from here."

"This was the worse experience ever. I placed an order on the Wendy's app for a drive-thru mobile app order. Within 30 seconds of placing my order on the app I pulled thru the drive-thru line that was empty. They confirmed my order at the take out menu. I then pulled up to the window they immediately asked me to pull up at a mobile order parking spot to wait for my order. About 5-7 minutes later my order brought out to my car. I went back into the store to get the sauces that's they never gave that I requested in the app. (No issues at this point) I left the restaurant and my wife and I started eating our meal and realized that the French fries were dry, my double cheeseburger was not fresh and my wife's chicken sandwich was dry. So we decided to turn around to have them remake the order. I told the lady associate what happen she said they would remake the order. They remade the order but the Manager on duty came out and tried to tell me that they don't usually remake orders but that they would do it this time. He said they are not responsible for delivery orders that are cold when delivered. I explain to him that my order was placed directly by me and picked up by me as well. I also explained to him that there was no delay in my order. I was asked to pullover into a mobile order parking spot because my order wasn't ready. After getting my order and heading home my wife and I realized that the fries were cold and dry as well as her chicken sandwich l, and my Dave's double was cold, dried out and barley had any lettuce on it. We turned around to try and get out order redone. Once the manager remade the order. I went to my car and notice my Dave's double with cheese was a single with no cheese. I brought it back in and he tried to add another patty to my burger and add cheese without making it fresh after it had already left the restaurant. I explained to him that, that was un acceptable and he needed to remake it fresh. He told me he was as he continued to try and use the same burger that was wrong. This whole experience was terrible. The manager was completely rude the entire time. He then followed me to my car after I decided not to accept the "modified" burger. He continued to be rude to me and my wife the only thing he did after explaining the situation 3-4 was return my $12 for my meal. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION!"
