"Ordered a shake and fries. Fries were delicious but I had ordered Cajun season fries and didn't realize it until I was on the road. Normally, this would have resulted in a 4/5 rating. Both myself and another customer were chatting with the cashier and shake guy and they were both exceptional at make us feel warm, welcome, and cared for. I KNEW that they'd make it right. That's the kind of service you expect and get from Five Guys, every time."

"I did an online order and still had to wait. No one else was in line or waiting on an order. The guy put the fries on when I arrived to pick up my food. Then I heard employees fusing about how many people quit. I wish I would have eaten my burger there instead of waiting until l got home because half way through my burger had a lot of pink. I don't think I will return to this location."
