"We are still here... and this might be the worst dining experience ever. Employees standing around while our drinks went unserved. Only one good employee in the place and it seems to be the poor, overworked waitress. Everyone else in this establishment is worthless and should be fired. It would make this a better restaurant. As it is, I wouldn't send someone I dislike into this dysfunctional "restaurant". What an embarrassment to this chain. Corporate will be notified, as well."

"I wish I can give the place a zero star rating but the lowest is 1. We dined at Red Lobster Laurel MD and had the worst experience ever in my life! From waiting 30 minutes for drinks to getting a horrible burger, with almost no cheese and WITHOUT any of the condiments cited on the menu. Burger pattie was not edible, left more than half of it. Waited for an hour to get help and trying to get the check to pay. Then had to argue a lot to get the burger removed from the check...my server told me she has to mix drinks, work in the kitchen and serve customers, reason that I had to wait so long....wow. Extremely unhelpful staff!! All this is pushing customers away. This place will not see me again!! Horrible, horrible, horrible experience!!!"

"The service is atrocious. Everyone walks over this puddle of water and the mop is less than 2 feet away.I’ve been standing here for 10 minutes waiting for someone to greet me by the to go spot next to the bar.The food was terrible and for the money I paid it was in large containers with little food in each as I show in the pictures and was bland with no flavor. Will not visit again ever!"

"Very nice experience, I think they were kind of short staffed, but our waitress was really nice. Lobsters was good and fresh. Their Sangria was soooo pretty!! Will glitter in it! And it tastes good too!!"

"This location is always short staffed, so kudos to our server working on March 26 in the evening. She took great care of us and all the tables. There were so many families dining out that night. I really don't know how she managed but we always had our drinks full, plenty of bread, meals out quickly, and she was very polite. This location has very dim lights. There's plenty of free parking in front of the restaurant. I ordered the sesame soy salmon bowl with dressing on the side. Rice tasted a little on the stale side, like it had been made a couple of days ago and was reheated. Brussel sprouts had great flavor but some were burnt. Salmon was a lot smaller than anticipated and mostly dry. Sesame sauce was very delicious and added great flavors to the dish."
