"Pro: Fries are better than I remember. Con: I feel like they gave smaller meat portions than I remember. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was that of a typical food court, and the food was alright. Not bad, but not amazing."
"The short guy is the absolute worst. i’ve gone here about 4x and each time he’s extremely rude. Today, i caught him saying rude things in spanish about non-spanish speaking customers, including myself. I also paid for the extra side of ranch and I kid you not I got about 3 dips before it was empty. If you’re going to work in the service industry, work on your dang customer service skills."
"Would not recommend this place because they do not honor coupons from the app. I activated my coupon right in front of the cashier and they system wouldn't work.... and they still didn't honor the discount with a manual change considering the coupon was activated and would expire within the alloted time period. Ended up just leaving because they couldn't process the transaction and I refused to pay full price when I had an active coupon. Don't recommend this store at the Montgomery Mall."
"Charley’s is in the Westlake mall. Service here was fast. Long lines which tells me food here is good. I got a regular cheesesteak with banana peppers. Definitely a good sub spot."
