"We discovered Karen's a few weeks ago & have enjoyed working our way through their nice selection of seafood, homestyle sides & yummy Asian dishes too. The service is exceptional, whether eating in or carrying out. Food that is .meant to be hot & crisp is perfectly cooked! Is Karen's a glamorous dining experience? No. But there are plenty of dishes to choose from and we always leave full and happy. The owners are incredibly nice and they work hard to provide great food & service. "A very nice restaurant! One of the owners named Karen (there are actually two Karens who own the restaurant!) helped me and we chatted while waiting for my take out order. The food was good (fried rice!) and generous portions. Glad we stopped by!!"

"Updating to add other things we've tried. The Cajun fries are the bomb. Weirdly enough, I think I had a totally different regular fry than either the first time (when they were perfect) or my second time (when they weren't amazing). Last night they were kind of in between but the Cajun fries were perfect. Maybe they have an inconsistent fry supplier? Not sure. Anyway. They added a barbeque pork appetizer, and for $6 it's a great deal. It could easily have been a meal for me if I ate it all myself. I really like the sauce, and the pork itself was also tasty if maybe a teensy bit dry on the inside (the sauce very much helps with that). I totally want to try the bbq spareribs next time but the pork was very satisfying. Still love the shrimp and catfish baskets, we ended up bringing half of it home. They have a bunch of smoothie flavors so sometime when we don't order an appetizer I want to try one. Hubby had a couple of the old fashioneds, and liked them once he stirred them a bit - they use sugar instead of simple syrup so it fell to the bottom. The diet pepsi from the fountain is still on point."

"Karen's is a great move. My table had the smoothies, which they said were great. They were split on their orders. 2 ordered seafood bowls, one was very satisfied with the mild. One thought their's needed more seasoning. The Orange chicken and fried chicken wings were raved about and the catfish was seasoned well, fried right and the fries were a great match. My only wish was more servers at the place, to expedite service. Karen and her husband work really hard but it would be a great place for an after-school job or retiree."

"I visited Karen’s Seafood this May and I had an awesome experience! Karen herself served us and she was the sweetest and most attentive person. The food was incredible, the environment was welcoming, clean, and fun. They have a small bar in the back that is really nice for people who like to watch sports, drink beer, and eat delicious seafood. Not to mention that the prices are exceptional and quite affordable for the quality and quantity of food. Their sweet potato fries are to die for. They’re Asian-owned, so they will also have Chinese food. 10/10 would recommend!"
