"First of all you should think twice to eat here if you are happen to be any other race than Hispanic. No matter what, they are very rude and they don’t serve you properly. I’ve seen it with me and with people waiting with me in line. I ordered fries and they barely gave anything. The box was half empty. The customer behind me got so much that they were barely able to close the box. They talk about you in Spanish so you don’t understand but at the same time they are looking at you too (not obvious at all). Just because I’m white and I don’t order in Spanish that doesn’t mean I don’t understand Spanish. Just keep that in mind."

"I love Peruvian chicken. And I really love plantains. Did a group order here with my work and used GrubHub because for whatever reason Door dash doesn't give you the option to get plantains. Had to drive all the way here because the delivery fee for GrubHub exceeded our allotment for lunch meals. Drove all the way there, waited for the order to be finished, drove all the way back. My plantains... Are fried rice and Yuka? My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined."
"I've been to Super Chicken Restaurant several times, but each visit has been let down by the staff's lack of professionalism. They're usually too busy with silly talks and jokes, ignoring their work. Because of this, my orders have been incomplete, missing sides on two occasions. This unprofessional behavior really ruins the dining experience. It even seemed like there was no manager on duty, which might explain the lack of order and attention. Due to these issues, I've decided to stop going to Super Chicken Restaurant for now. I think it's better to try other places where they take customer service seriously. Paying around $30 for a dinner that's not even complete isn't worth it. The management really needs to train their staff better and possibly ensure that a manager is always present to oversee operations."
