"Super bad service I called to make a pick up order they said is was going to be ready in 10 min I got there in 10 and they started making the order just then had to wait to wait more than 20"

"Bad experience I take a chicken sandwich, it wast unflavored and to dry,and I ask for yuca instead of French fries, the guy talk me that is extra $, we can't change the fries for the yuca and the final I have go to the line again. The shorty guy is not appropriate for that job."
"I went to King Pollo and the chicken did NOT taste like real peruvian chicken, the chicken was dry, and not juicy. The salad and Yucca was okay nothing special. They have the worst mac and cheese in Sterling, the mac & cheese was covered in mustard, NO cheese and was floating in a pool of oil. It was more oil than mac. The service was okay and the place was visibly dirty and sticky. Overall will not be going back again."
"We were able to place our order right away. The vegetable sides are very good, as is the potato salad. The chicken was dry and had a strange aftertaste."
