"I have been traveling to this location to get my hair done with Brianna for a few years now. She’s the master hair stylist in the hair department & is a so talented in her craft! I always have a hard time figuring out what I really want to do & what my hair needs. With Brianna as my stylist, I always end up leaving with it better than I could imagine every time! Her kindness radiates and her attention to detail is impeccable! Overall the team at the salon is always a welcoming space. You can tell everyone works together and is supportive of one another. It’s such a warm& uplifting experience! Much more than a hair appt. Thank you all."

"Went in today for several gift with purchases. And they had all the signs up but didnt have one of the gifts with purchase. Not one. I recommended they take down the sign. They told me they couldnt. So i feel there was some false advertising. I like Ulta but come on."

"Wonderful experience here today! There was a young gentleman in the store today who took the time to look in the back and find me several of the new Colourpop By the Rosé super shock shadows that hadn’t been put on display yet. My hair wasn’t done. I didn’t have a stitch of makeup on and he didn’t just brush me off like most others do when I hit high end makeup stores. He was a pleasure to talk to. I have frequented this location before it moved from the inner circle of the Towne center and never had a more attentive and comfortable experience there than today. The staff on 1/30/22 were all pleasant and a much needed change for this store. I hope they know how much their kind service is appreciated."
