"Awful customer service. Vegetables not fresh. Don't waste your time here."
"There is a female team member, who I have witnessed multiple times treat customers with attitude and rudeness. My father in law had asked for extra marinara sauce in his sub, she gave him a look that wasn't very nice and did not put extra but charged for it. She also gave the people behind us the same treatment, I still said thank you and told her to have a nice night, I didn't bother mentioning the extra charge. I understand that people can have an off day, or may be anti-social, they aren't required to be super nice, but this was too much, why treat people rudely if they're being kind and patient? The two other employees I see other days are kind, even if they have a line of customers. Those two employees are the only reason I still go to this location. Plus the next subway is a ways away. I've been to plenty of fast food restaurants and I've never seen any employee treat people this way."

"I've been here several times and the servers are always nice and very friendly. I've also never had a problem with the food. It's good by Subway standards. In fact, the bread this last time tasted very fresh, which you don't always get at Subway. Kudos to this well managed Subway."
