"I enjoyed the food somewhat. However, the vegetables that were used looked old and I had to eat around it. I ordered a pita on the side but didn’t end up eating because it was not packaged properly and fell out into the bag. Also, I didn’t receive any utensils that I asked for. The customer service was good and the food was okay."

"This has to be one of the most pleasant visits I’ve ever had to any Cavas. Today was my first ever visit to this location. I arrived during the lunch rush. My bowl had one incorrect topping that I did not ask for. It was apparently the first day for one of their new hires and they had mistaken my choice of topping for another. Rather than just replacing my bowl, the manager pulled the team member to the side to address the mistake in the most professional and friendly manner I have ever seen. They then proceeded to replace my bowl and made sure that I was satisfied before leaving. All of this was in the middle of the rush, most places would’ve just replaced my bowl and moved on about their day. The staff at this location definitely made it feel personal and friendly. Their interaction made me want to eat here even more knowing that they are so professional and precise when it comes to their customers. They went above and beyond to make sure that I got the attention I need and deserved!"

"Had a great first experience trying out this fast-casual Mediterranean chain. Lina, a very sweet team member here was glowing to tell us about the Greek cuisine, the purposeful choice of ingredients, and even the 12 year track record of the chain. And of course the food was great. This was nice."
