"I always leave the judgment to you because I could have some unknown bias working. I visited the Giant Pharmacy on 8/19/2023. I asked Kyle for my script, he asked for my name and birthdate, he found my script. He asked if I wanted points I said yes. He asked me to do my bonus card which I never do I always use my phone number. I entered my number into the keypad what popped up was an option for counseling about my script or no to counseling. As I began to click the yes for counseling Kyle moved in physically reaching to cancel my answer I tried to stop him by pushing his hand away so I think he circumvented my action by doing something on his computer because there was nothing about counseling and when I checked my receipt for the bonus points there was none. I asked Kyle what happened to the points he stated he didn't know why I didn't get them but I could go to customer service if I have time and they will get me the points which they did. I think when Kyle cancelled my action that canceled out my request for counseling about the medication and my bonus points. I don't have a clue why he tried to physically stopped me from exercising my options but I didn't like that all. I don't know if it is a law they have to give you an option for counseling or a giant pharmacy policy, I'll have to research that. So YOU be the judge how I was treated. Thank you"
