"Careless staff. I went to get some for eat, i was standing at the counter for like 7 minutes and the lady’s who supposed to be working, they are having fun and talking aloud in the dining hall. Finally got some assistance from other person, the worst customer service and rudest service ever had, MC has better service than Wendy’s."

"Pulled up to the drive-through while it was raining and got yelled at by an employee because we had the audacity to roll up the window for a minute while browsing the menu. This was even after explaining that we didn't want the car getting soaked. Drove away without ordering after such rude treatment, will not be returning here."

"On September 2, 2023, we went to this Wendy's. I parked to go in, but the door was locked, with no sign on it. So we drove around. The employee could hear me better than usual -- that's a plus. We were informed that they had no salads at all, and no cookies. We ordered 2 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers. It took an unusual amount of time, sitting in the car, right at the pickup window, to get them. They were good, but our overall experience suggests that we need to go elsewhere."

"My food was not so great. The burgers were made sloppy and poorly. They appeared old microwave looking and had to much cheese or cheese sauce and greasy. No love making here. My nuggets were ok but not hot. My son said he had one that was undone and mushy when he bit into it so he threw it away. Fries could have been better. They threw all of our food in the same greasy bag with sauces we didn't even ask for. I'm not understanding why these things happened. They weren't even busy. I did drive through and it still took long with one car ahead of me. This younger generation has to do better with customer service, caring about their job and show willingness to want to work at any job. The owners are depending on you to keep their business afloat. So cook with love and service people with a smile :-)"
