"i’ve never been to bonchon before, it wasn’t bad. i got the soy garlic bone in wings and the chicken katsu. I felt like the chicken katsu was a bit overcooked but maybe that’s how it’s made. Everything was tasty and the service was great! Their spicy mayo is delicious as well. I will be coming back"

"This is my local Bonchon, so my family gets takeout from this location a few times a year. Something has changed recently with either their chicken wing recipe or the way they prepare them. First off, the wings are SO MUCH smaller - but that’s not really a big deal for me. The big issue is the breading/coating (or lack thereof) is completely different than the traditional Bonchon wings we are all used to. The crispy/cakey batter coating and juiciness of the wing has been changed to a dry, almost non-battered wing that looks and tastes like any wing you would get from a typical Buffalo wing restaurant. I wonder when they made this change, or was this just a one-off issue on my last order - which was 48 wings and all of them had the same issue. Bring back the traditional Bonchon wings that made the restaurant great in the first place!"

"Great food, on the spick side, but that's how we ordered it. The place was empty, and cold, however we didn't go for the crowd, or inside temperature. Will return! The fried chicken was amazing! I heated up a leg in the microwave for 30 seconds and then devoured it in just as much time. The Korean Potstickers and Octopus were just as delicious!"

"Very disappointed, I heard good things from co-workers but it must have been another location. I ordered several apps all came out cold. Sliders and tacos came out burnt and cold. Only us and another small family so idk how they dropped the ball here. Total order was 4 apps of some of the posted pics and zucchini fries came out to $72 with tip. Way over priced will not be coming back."

"I love Bon Chon food. The flavor of the wings are to die for. However the service at this particular location was horrible. We sat for 5 min before being greeted. Only one server in the restaurant. Being the only one on the floor I guess he did mediocre but I've seen people be more engaging and efficient in tougher situations. He got orders incorrect for all of the tables. Brought out dirty silverware and there was hair on my napkin that he brought out. Love bon Chon, just not this location or it's service. You'd be better off driving a few more miles to the Leesburg location if in the area. Food: Thumbs Up Service: Two thumbs down"
