"Whoever handles the doordash/togo orders are racist. I was there tonight waiting for my 2 doordash orders that were done and sitting on the counter. The employee walked to the back and began eating, another doordash carrier came in after I've already been there waiting for 20 minutes. He got his order after only waiting 2 minutes. The employee then bags my orders walks right past me and puts them on the pickup shelf. This is not the first issue I have had at this location. This employee is racist and should not be working in customer service. Zero star rating"
"Yard 56 location has done a complete 180. B4 it was blah OK, but now it's a place I eat at almost everyday. I'm thinking it might be new management. Whatever it is it's working. Glad to see a regular lunch crowd. Business is good.."
"I stopped at this location today and was pleasantly surprised. I’ve lived in the area for 4 years now and used to avoid this location because of the old staff. The new manager has done an amazing job turning this Chipotle around! All the staff were so nice and pleasant. They even displayed a great level of teamwork and respect for each other. The store is so clean, warm, and welcoming!"
"We picked up a mobile order only to come home and find that the guacamole was inedible. It was clearly old and we couldn’t eat our meals at all. Whoever thinks it’s ok to serve this guacamole to customers is insane as this could make someone sick. Do not reccomend the Bayview Chipotle."
