"So to be fair, this isn't BBQ. It's "Pit Beef". BBQ is low and slow. Pit Beef is basically grilling meat. Hence why the meat isn't fall off the bone. But nonetheless tasty. ⚠️ The regular sized Mac and cheese is an excuse to go buy $9 worth of lottery tickets. It's so basic as to bring into question if it originated from a blue and yellow box. Otherwise, excellent selection of sauces. Great charing on the ribs and the chicken. For Baltimore this is 5 star "BBQ". For a native Texan this is really good grilled meats, bathed in tasty sauces."
