"Very busy place, the inside service is totally swamped so if your in a hurry go to the drive thru! Seriously it took me 15 minutes to buy 2 donuts and no one was in front of me!"
"There is a huge inconsistency amongst drink prep. Sometimes I go and order something and it's amazing, others it's awful and when you request a replacement there one manager and a few employees have a really bad attitude about it."
"The store's main intake of customers is via the drive-thru. Much of the labor is dedicated towards this, and the lines are usually pretty lengthy. If you are a customer who likes to order at the counter, it is usually a viable option with plenty of parking spaces and seats available. However, it may take some time to get served. You can order ahead thru the app, and if you are picking up at the drive-thru, you have to wait in the long line or you can pop in and pick up at the counter to shorten your time this way. Staff does a good job getting your order ready quickly, correctly, and in a friendly fashion."
"We stopped and got lunch and then grabbed some coffee to go. Tim Hortons coffee is always awesome. The Ham and Swiss sandwich is very good and thier chips are delicious."
"I ALWAYS love coming here for coffee and a sausage egg and cheese bagel when I make my annual trip to Warren to visit family. I came in today and got my usual and was beyond disappointed. They changed everything. Not their eggs and sausage look like McDonald’s. I literally want to cry. What a shame! Step it up Tim Horton team! Yes, your busy, but QUALITY trumps QUANTITY!"
