"Honestly, this is probably the worst fast food experience I think I have ever had. Can you even call it fast food when it’s being made at the pace of tortoise intercourse? With the amount of time I’ve wasted here, I could’ve easily started a family of 5. I entered as a teenager and left on pension. Good riddance."
"Ordered takeout! Should have read the reviews first, that being said you should avoid this place! I can confirm that the reviews are accurate, the tacos were ok but the cinnamon twist were unfit to eat. They tasted like the oil they were cooked in hadn’t been changed in weeks,GROSS! Stay away!!!!!"
"Okay came here for the first time and let me tell you guys this place is gross... My macaroni and cheese was dryer and crispier than a Popeyes biscuit. I had a big black item in my potatoes wicked looked like a smashed bug. I called to come up there but they told me that they could only replace it my order and not refund it. I was told that their policy is to not do refunds at this location. No disrespect but I would not replace that nastiness for more nastiness! I honestly just want my money back. I have never heard of a fast food chain telling someone that they cannot refund you ESPECIALLY for something this gross.. at the end of the day I would not recommend."

"I don't think they're understaffed. I saw many bodies behind the counter but everyone in line ahead of me said they'd been waiting waiting... Not sure how you mess up a biscuit, but they managed well. Chicken spent a bit too much time on cook that it tasted slightly rancid. All I wanted was some comfort food. Disappointing."
