"9/22/23 - Have never been here b4. Enter establishment to pickuo the order I placed online & have already paid for. Older female cashier looks up at me at 8:47 A.m. and the first words she rudely barked was "ITS NOT UP YET!". I ignored her. Thinking she CAN'T possibly be speaking to a PAYING customer that way. I can think of quite a few good GREETINGS... "Good morning, Hi, welcome to Scoozzi's....Hi, can i help you" etc. As I am writing this a totally different female employee came up and KINDLY greeted me. Thank you miss lady YOU are appreciated and should be the FACE greeting PAYING customers. I chose here over Ihop. Ijs. Haven't tried the food. This review is solely about CUSTOMER SERVICE in 2023."
