Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Not a single one of them said anything, all of them saw me... Didn't ask if I was picking up or anything just went back to the phones. The place is trashed. No wonder this place is dead. First one in Maryland I've seen completely empty!"

"Well, this was our first experience visiting this Fallston location of Chipotle. I have read all of the bad reviews and was reluctant to visit this location but very happy that we decided to place an order. We ordered two burritos online. We were given a pick up time and the option to pick up at a drive thru window which made it so much easier. No crowds, no waiting, just drive to a side window and pick up your order. The guy at the window was very kind and handed us our bag. Our burritos were made to order and they tasted great. Ingredients were fresh, meats cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back to this location and hopeful to have the same positive experience again in the future. We will not go to any other Chipotle locations in Harford County as the service is awful and the food disappointing. For as much as Chipotle advertises themselves as a superior place to eat, they really need better oversight with their locations because it's dragging their reputation down and people will stop patronizing and go elsewhere. Chipotle is not cheap either but the Ingredients used is what is supposed to be superior to competitors. But, that won't be enough to keep customers when service is awful and the food not cooked properly. Nice job Fallston Chipotle, we will visit again!!"

"Very unfortunate that this chipotle already has so many reviews stating what I was about to share… thankfully the doors were unlocked when we arrived, but with every customer that entered, each of the 6 employees seemed annoyed/frustrated and either signed, complained or rolled their eyes. After waiting for our food, we went to sit outside to have the doors locked behind us and a paper sign put up on the door stating “online orders only.” This was 6:30 pm on a Tuesday, when it says they’re open until 10 pm."

"The food at this location was terrible. The barbacoa on my burrito was dry as if it has been sitting out all day. Ironically, I paid for a double portion but barely received the standard portion amount. The bowl I ordered was supposed to have double meat as well, it did not. Not to mention it was flavorless. The chips were overly salted but not stale which was a plus. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location."

"I made an online order to be picked up at the drive through. The order was ready when I got to the restaurant and when the employee handed me the bag I noticed the sticker that seals the bag had been torn open. But I went on my way to home, when I open one of the bowls I ordered it looked as though someone had eaten out of it. THERE IS NO WAY TO CALL THE RESTAURANT -NO PHONE NUMBER!!!! I got in the car and went back, the sign on the door said “online orders only because of staffing shortage” I entered to find 2 other customers complaining about their orders as well. No food was in the wells it was all in the “back” of the kitchen. They did remake the order but WHAT A RIDICULOUS process! We won’t be going back."
