"I've had a lot of issues with this agency. There was a major lack of communication between my temp agent Nancy and the company my assignment was with. At the end of my first week I was told by my agent that my company changed their needs and didn't need me for the following week. I was very confused because the manager had said she would see me next week. I waited to hear back and didn't go in on Monday per my agent. She left a voice-mail saying I was unprofessional for not going in when she told me I wasn't needed! She told my company I had an appointment instead of admitting to telling me they didn't need me, but the company knew the truth before I even said anything. There was never any clear communication about my assignment. 3 weeks in my manager asked me when my last day was and said she was told 2 different things, despite my asking my agent about my last day when letting her know my availability (which she initially ignored). When I spoke up about feeling like my company wasn't being completely transparent with me about my assignment my temp agent led me on like the company did, trying to convince me I could have a permanent position there when that was never the case. They just wanted me to finish my assignment so everyone could have their vacations. My first paycheck was also 6 days late and I had to email her about it 3 times until she gave me an answer about when my paycheck would arrive. When she finally replied she informed me that my paycheck was only mailed on the day I should have been paid. There was confusion surrounding my paycheck as I was not told if it was a one or two week pay period, or if I started in the middle of a pay period. My next paycheck should have been direct deposit yet I didn't receive anything on payday. I was told to reach out to payroll by my agent instead. When I emailed the appropriate employee, I never received a response. Getting ahold of my agent was not easy and I often received automated messages that she was out of the office. When I finally resigned because I was tired of all this she gave me attitude and wanted to argue with me about why I resigned. I do not recommend using this temp agency at all."
