"This place has fallen off big time!! 7 wings and a 15 dollar side salad (sold as a regular size salad) took over 30 mins. I'm from Baltimore and I've tasted many half and half drinks, so when I tell you this was the absolute worst half and half I've ever tasted. I sent the drink and tiny salad back for refund and although management was very accommodating and polite, I have to make this review because otherwise there will be no improvement. This place used to be very nice with good food and good vibes now it's uninviting and was freezing inside. Please bring in new management."

"I had my birthday celebration here this year. We did a paint and sip party inside the restaurant. The patio was just as beautiful as inside, so we could have held it outside instead of inside. We enjoyed the space inside. Great food, great music and great atmosphere made for a perfect night!"

"Terra Cafe is an individually owned and designed cafe. It's not a chain. We went there because the owner sponsors her grandson's basketball team. The place has nice African-American motif art works,, and good, fresh food. I had a chicken cheese wrap with salad. It was quite good, although there was a piece of chicken bone in the chicken. My wrap and my wife's sandwich were so big that we couldn't finish them. We had the second half of our lunch for dinner. My wife had a smoked turkey sandwich. She enjoyed it. There isn't a parking lot. We found metered street parking very near the entrance."

"Let’s start with the positives! Good location, great space. They have a lot of heart and soul. Rustic, woody, eclectic and unique describe the vibe you’ll get. I loved the art, each piece was unique. The artist was also there as we were there, doing a live painting. Our waitress was nice and the food was very affordable. For most people, it would be a great option to come and dine at or attend an event. Now, when it comes to the food and the menu, I was disappointed. The food was just cooked, nothing more or less. No seasoning, and nothing spectacular. I ordered the chicken box and the chicken was dry. The side salad was a few pieces of lettuce on a plate. The French fries had nothing on them, not even salt. The menu seems a little over the place. I get that they serve American food, but I wish they focused in on something particular like sandwiches or just chicken and perfect that. I think the menu could be streamlined and refined and would make for better food and a better experience. I love supporting black owned businesses and maybe it was an off day, so I would still recommend you try them out. They are a black owned business!"
