"I am not normally one to write a review, but this DD sucks - I wish I could give it negative stars. Its by far the worst DD I’ve ever encountered in my life and if it was the only restaurant left in the USA I’d fly to another country just to get something else. The service is awful, the wait time is awful, the orders are wrong more often than not, the food is packaged very sloppily, the store itself is not clean, and so on - it’s been a terrible experience every time I’ve been there which is about 8-10 times in total and 8-10 times too many."
"The service is regularly horrible. I often walk out after waiting. Several times after I get my medium hot coffee, it's full of grinds. Since I'm driving, I don't discover this until I'm miles away with a mouth full of grinds."
