"We both ordered foot long subs, online order. Both orders had extra honey mustard and mayonnaise. We opened our wrappers we couldn't even believe it was our subs. Their was so much mayonnaise and honey mustard it looks like they turned the whole bottles over and just dumped them. Even after we finished our subs the wrappers were so heavy they must of weighed at least 4 lbs each from the mayonnaise and honey mustard that spilled out. Plus the workers couldn't speak or understand anything we were saying."

"Located inside of Sinai Hospital and very convenient. I visit this location on a regular basis because they are open 24 hours. Good food and as always fresh. The tomatoes could be more ripe instead of green. My sandwich was put together messy which is reflective of the service in my opinion."

"My grandmother and I stopped in this Subway after a long visit with my grandfather last night. The girl who waited on us just seemed like she was irritated from the beginning of our order. She didn't heat any of our sandwiches up, which I thought it was weird that she put them in at the same time and stood in front of the machine while it was going. She acted like she didn't want to put my sandwiches together the way they were supposed to be and she dropped my bag in front of me hastily (tossed it to my side of the counter) when I was ringing out. It's no reason for you to be rude to your customers for no reason, I almost said nvm at checkout but it was late and my grandmother didn't want to stop anywhere else."
