"I’ve normally had great experience with this shop, but I went in recently and got my hair cut. I asked for them to take off 4 inches of hair and long layers and they took off almost 6 inches of my hair. They also took off the weight of my hair even when I said “no” to it. You may think that I am exaggerating but I would’ve liked that they complied to my wants for my hair. I always loved my hair long and I loved coming here, so I was very upset that this happened."
