Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"The main reason I visited Popeyes was to purchase biscuits. I got home and there were no biscuits in my order. The Popeyes was 30 to 40 minutes from my home. I called the number on the receipt. The number rang and went to a voicemail. I don't believe the receipt number was correct. I will never go to that location again."

"Monse (the manager) went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer when my order was delayed due to a shortage and right before close! Amazing customer service 10/10"

"Employees are nice but sort of seems like everyone has a certain thing they do and that’s it. My party had a large order of like 30 wings, 3 different flavors and a large fry. After my order roughly 5 customers came inside and placed their orders. When we left we were the only ones to get our order. We waited roughly 20ish mins or so maybe longer. I’d suggest mobile ordering so you don’t have to wait. The drive thru almost had a line out to the street when we left."

"The chicken is great, the red beans and rice is out of this world. But the service leaves a lot to be desired. They told me it would be 10 minutes to wait for spicy chicken 35 minutes later I had to go up to the counter and ask them when it was going to be ready. They finally gave me my chicken but they forgot my drink cup and then ignored me when I asked for it. but the service wasn't nearly as bad as the restrooms. Completely disgusting. I'm including pictures just so that you have an idea about how bad the restrooms are. One of the things that gets me is I often assume that if the restrooms are dirty so is the kitchen. Now maybe their kitchen is spotless but if they can't keep the restrooms clean how can they keep the kitchen clean?"
