"Twice I’ve gotten a stale donut. The last time I ordered I got a stale donut and an iced chai latte with almond milk that tasted bad. I threw it away. Called the store and the lady apologized , but I won’t be returning. Has anyone else had these issues lately. Surely I can not be the only one."
"The short morning shift manager told me to leave after I stepped outside to take a personal call. He ran over to me and interrupted me mid call. He told me I was there for hours when I had, in fact, just walked in 20-30 mins before. I asked him to check the cameras as well, he declined to do so. He told me I am trying to operate a business at DD. I stopped in to charge my phone, drink a cup of coffee and check a few emails. He didn't say a word to the other ppl in the lobby."
