Firehouse Subs Westview

"My family and I just dined in. The person behind the counter was extremely rude. We arrived at 7:45 pm and store closes at 9:00pm. She immediately told us that they were about to close the dine-in area closes in 10 mins. My husband confirmed with her the closing hour was 9pm. My husband let her know we would try to eat quickly. They packed our sandwiches “to go”, knowing we were dining in. Basically letting us know we needed to go. As soon as we started to eat she decided to place chairs on top of empty tables indicating that the dine-in area was closed. About 10 people came in and some started sitting down as well. However she continued to put chairs on top of tables. It is extremely bad taste to rush people to eat their sandwiches. Is not like we were there at 8:50pm. We had plenty of time. They need to retrain staff on costumer service or move that person to the back!"

"The person behind the counter was rude to other customers. The customer even tried to go above and beyond. She wasn't having it. Not sure who the blonde was(didn't catch a name), but she should not talk to people that way! She should be in the back away from people!!! We had our first visit there and it will be our last."

"I would give a zero if I could. Online order, arrived for pickup a couple minutes early. They had given my order to someone else. They would not refund or remake the order. “How do we know who you are?” They asked. How about the receipt I am showing you. I’ll be contacting the better business bureau next and whoever else I can think of. No more money will be spent by me at this restaraunt or any of their affiliates."

"My boyfriend just visited this location tonight 08/02 around 8:45pm not knowing that they were closing at 9pm. Nonetheless, he went in there to get me a quick bite before a long trip on the road and the two women working in there were extremely rude and hasty with him. They told him he couldn’t get the bread toasted because they weren’t doing that this late and giving him major attitude. If you’re that eager to go home then lock the doors 15 minutes early. Don’t get upset if the hours are what they are and people come in. We have always supported this franchise and have never been treated this way."

"Thanks to T mobile Tuesday we sought this place out and I'm grateful. Staff was friendly and courteous. Subs were very generous size(we got mediums) a very good overall experience. I like Firehouse because their subs are more like hoagie style that I'm used to from the Jersey/Philly area, so way to go guys. Would definitely recommend. Oh and the brownies are awesome:)"
