"Disappointing first experience. Ordered a large order for an office lunch. I selected the Thai Chicken Salad, and the chicken was hard as a rock and overcooked to the point it felt reheated multiple times. The dressing was tasty, but only a teeny tiny amount was offered, literally like a TBSP for a whole meal sized salad. The lettuce was fresh, at least. Kinda bummed."
"I too frequent businesses where they only offer certain services online and then throw a huge fit when they don’t abide by their posted rules and regulations! 10/10 for the “Karen.” I’m here almost every other day and have never had a bad experience with these “young kids.” Edit: I guess I lied on my first review, I’m definitely here daily. "The manager Pam offered the best costumer service. Pam made me the most delicious smoothie I have ever had.(Chocolate Covered Strawberry) not only was she kind to the employees but also to the costumers. When I walked in after having a bad dad she told me things will get better, and they did after I had one of her smoothies. Pam makes tropical more than a smoothie place. Pam makes tropical a loving home for costumers to enjoy her lovely smoothies."
