"Three visits in a row, I picked up my carryout order, got home, and they didn't give the salad dressing for my salad. Not usually a big deal, but a mango salad doesn't really go with ranch dressing i have at home."

"What happened to this place? I’ve come to this place since it opened and a burrito combo was like 11 dollars. Now it’s over 15 dollars! Not to mention the burrito is smaller now then it has ever been, California tortilla used to have a decently packed burrito now it looks like something I could get at taco bell for 2.99. This isn’t a one time thing, this is the third time I came here and it’s been this way. Not to mention every drink that comes out of the coke machine (when it works) doesn’t even taste right it all taste like water and been that way for months. Then place is a shell of what it used to be. Increased the price, decreased the portions and took away everything that made them good. Whatever owner runs this place needs to quit money grabbing and give people something worth having. I rather it shut down and give me another chipotle because this parking lot is better then the current ones."
"Never had a worse or more uninspired mexican style bowl in my life. Staff messed up our order, every ingredient was tasteless and old. My entire “steak” bowl probably had 3-4 pieces of meat in it. Go to chipotle instead for the same price."
