"I ordered an impossible whopper and they hurriedly asked if I wanted extras, all I heard him say was jalapeños and cheese, so I said yes. I was charged for bacon aswell. When I pulled up to the second window after already paying I told them I’m vegetarian and wouldn’t order bacon and didn’t hear him say bacon, so they said ok well take it off (me assuming he meant the bill and we’re going to make a new sandwich) they not only didn’t refund me, but they clearly gave me the same sandwich without the bacon cuz there were bacon pieces and bacon grease on the sandwich (which i noticed too late) I haven’t had meet in 9 years, so I got sick. Thanks a lot"
"I see all the bad reviews and maybe they turned things around. The two burgers and fries I ordered were piping hot and fresh. It took about three minutes to get my food and the service was friendly. The dining area was spotless during my visit."
