"I have been a customer with Allstate for 15yrs., paid my bill on time every 6 months. I mailed out the recent check on 2/18/21 and they didn't receive (due to Covid and mail issues). I was told if the check didn't come in by today I wouldn't have insurance. I offered to pay right on the phone with the rep. and told I could do that but would have to pay the charge to cancel my check! She then asks if I sent the payment in the envelope they provide instead of mailing to their office, processing takes longer. I said I guess what you're telling me is I should find a new insurance company, women had not a care in the world. I called today to get the coverage to look at other Insurance Companies, again, not a care they are losing a good customer. I went with Progressive and I'm paying $400+ less a year with a lot more coverage. A huge thank you Allstate for not caring about a good customer, you helped me! Please don't use this insurance company and call Progressive! I am a customer and have been, my review comes up different! Ms. Kusler"
