"The food was pretty good, wings were a bit dry, but the chips and dip were awesome. The server was very attentive and made sure my glass stayed full and my food was on time. The atmosphere was very family oriented, and not so much what you'd expect from a bar. Overall it was a great experience."

"Last night, I thought to come again because their drunken mussels attracted me. But it's very sad to complaint the service we got was a pretty bad. We feel discriminated!!! It's a terrible feeling in such kind of top developed country,USA! Although some of our friends try to show them IDs for ordering beer. The server refused it and her supervisor also didn't manage it well. By the way, we didn't see that they checked ID from other local people there. By the way, we are Asians."

"The foods are great but the service was really really bad. Me and my friends had a terrible experience. Btw, we were the only asian people at the restaurant. It was a Saturday night, we were trying to order beer and they kept asking for physical photo IDs and couple times but they did not ask for IDs to people from other tables. I wont go there again."

"We used anchor bar food truck for our annual cornhole charity event and they did not disappoint. The staff working the truck were absolutely amazing! So friendly. We found out the guy who booked the truck for our event no longer worked there and these people stepped up a few days notice and made our event a success! Everyone talked about how great the food was, and how awesome the workers were. If you need a food truck for your event they are the way to go! Reliable, friendly, amazing food. Would 100% recommend."

"Surprised at how average the wings are from Anchor Bar, I expected much more. The staff was really great, kind, sweet. This feels like a place to drink in town more than eat. Wings felt like an average chain type wing instead of a legendary buffalo staple. The sauce was really underwhelming and the chicken was not juicy or fresh. Never a good sign when a wing joint gives you a cup of Kens as your bleu cheese as well to keep it real. Looks like a solid spot for kids, family and sports fans in town though. The Buffalo Wing Factory in VA is worth the trip"
