"I can honestly say this is the worst Wendy's I've ever ate at, the customer service is terrible, my girlfriend and I had coupons we were given because of another time we went and the food was cold, so we planned on using them, the coupon was for a large Chicken Sandwich, they gave me a little one, when I asked them about it, the manager(I'm assuming) gave me an attitude, and Insinuated it was my fault, and continued to give me dirty looks and a nasty tone, me and my girlfriend usually avoid this location, because mostly every time we go there this is some type of issue, we either get an attitude from the workers, or we get cold food, sometimes we get both,also the chicken. Sandwich was very old and dry, what they don't know is I work in the food industry and I know how simple it is to make fresh food there, takes less than 5 minutes for fresh fries so they have no excuse, I enjoy Wendy's food so it's disappointing we have to drive to 40 where we don't get treated poorly, something needs to be done"

"Drive Thru Order. Lady at the window was nice. Food was horrible! Burger tasted old and fries were soggy and tasted like old oil and weren’t hot! The soda wasn’t even sweet. Only thing that was good were the sugar cookies."

"My wife and I stopped in and enjoyed our lunch. I had chicken nuggets and she had a baked potato. Both meals were served hot and delicious."

"Some of my children and grandchildren had gone there to eat after one of the soccer matches of my grandchild, we aren't always able to meet together as often as we'd like, the surrounding places to eat at were outvoted by the Chocolate Frostys.! The atmosphere was nice with this that were there, whether on our group or not, the area was well cleaned and the service was quick, courteous and had the full order as it was asked to be. Highly recommend this as a "go-to" spot.!"

"Drive thru order. I decided to go to this location because I was close. Got home and each our meals were nasty. Chicken nuggets AND the Asigo chicken sandwich were gross. When I went to call back, realized they didn't even give me a receipt for the order. Very disappointed. $45 we spent, we go to the 40 location often, but this particular location is a no go for my family and I! Wish I would have take pictures. Definitely a zero all the way around for my family."
