"I contacted and met with Charlene to discuss business, renters and auto insurance. I received a followup email which thanked me and said I should hear back in the middle of the following week (3 business days later). After no response 17 days later, I gave her the courtesy of an email stating I was going to use another agency. Her reply was unbelievable - "Needless to say, your impatience is disappointing but noted , and I’m sorry that I wasted my time and energy as I’m sure that I will receive quotes which are now useless." Impatience?!? I waited 17 days with ZERO response whatsoever!! I even emailed her after 10 days -- no reply!"
